Lindsay Olson
Lindsay is a Technical Accounts Manager at ADC. She joined ADC shortly after graduating from the University of Wis. -- Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and also holds an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College. Lindsay, being an Olson, is a true Norwegian and is proud of the fact that she can choke down an annual lutefisk dinner.
Assessment Data Delivery (+ADD) allows the user to view tax parcel assessment and sales information via the web. +ADD can be a stand alone product or used as an add-on to our GIS WebGUIDE mapping application. With +ADD the tax parcel assessment data can be queried by a number of assessment search criteria including:
- Owner Name
- Parcel ID
- House #
- Street Name
- Municipality
- Parcel Acreage
- Subdivisions
Search results are displayed in an easy-to-read Property Assessment Report. Results can be customized by the client to provide the desired data to be shared with the user.
+ADD also has a property sales search capability to allow for search by defined criteria such as:
- Subdivision
- Sale Date
- Sales Price
- Size of Structure
- Year Built
- Style of Structure
- Assessment Category
